森林療癒為透過森林體驗達到促進身心健康的方法。台灣60%面積為森林覆蓋,豐富資源適合發展森林療癒。由於缺乏認識,台灣森林療癒服務發展不完善,無法提供持續性的健康效益。本研究以服務設計思維與方法,探討如何執行完善森林療癒服務體驗,以溪頭自然教育園區為個案。研究目標為(1)透過服務設計了解溪頭所面臨的問題,結合服務隨創思維建構服務概念。(2)測試顧客對概念的花費意願及概念滿意度,評估管理者對概念的可行性,提出森林療癒服務建議。(3)比較成功模式,討論溪頭森林療癒介入服務設計帶來的改變、影響及價值。目前園區無森林療癒特色、缺乏健康服務。運用專家共創設計工作坊發展健康概念,轉化在地資源。透過362份

問卷調查潛在客群,高花費意願參與項目為體驗式健康的深呼吸療癒木屋、森林療癒專屬活動、季節性食療餐。約70%受測者喜歡自然類別體驗活動,如療癒步道、夜間感官、季節性活動。退休、商業、服務業客群較願意花費健康檢測規劃。綜合質量化結果,提出完善森林療癒服務建議:確定目標客群、擬定使用者為中心的服務項目、建立對外與對內利害關係人合作、增加數位服務渠道。並以服務隨創轉化在地資源,使森林療癒得已永續經營,提升大眾健康意識。
