近年來隨著傳統光譜儀的微型化與輕便化,光譜量測已廣泛運用於許多領域中,例如:汙染偵測、水果甜度偵測、食品衛生檢驗、血液與水質檢驗等等,搭著這股光譜量測之浪潮,本論文首先將探討光譜感測晶片於多波長光體積變化描記圖(Photoplethysmography, PPG)感測技術以及可見光通訊(Visible light communication, VLC)系統之應用,接著本論文將探討不同演算法於自開發之光譜感測晶片之光譜量測效能。近年來PPG感測技術已被廣泛應用於穿戴式裝置上,由於PPG訊號紀錄血管中血流脈動變化,透過PPG訊號的分析可作為許多疾病之參考指標。本文提出以光譜感測晶片作為MW-PP

G感測器,開發輕巧且方便之MW-PPG 感測裝置,我們更基於此感測裝置,開發穩健PPG訊號量測演算法,利用最大比率合併(Maximum Ratio Combining, MRC) 演算法,設計各波長PPG訊號的權重,將MW PPG訊號轉換為穩定且高S/N之PPG訊號,初步在研究結果中顯示相較於傳統光電二極體(Photo-diode, PD),此PPG訊號之S/N可有效提升50%。除此之外,我們亦使用MW PPG訊號分別萃取出1)光密度比率(Ratio of optical density, R-value)並進行血氧飽和濃度相關性分析,以及萃取出2) 人體脈波傳導時間(Pulse transi

t time, PTT)並進行血壓相關性分析,由實驗結果顯示,此R值與血氧飽和濃度可達0.93之相關性,而此PTT與舒張壓以及收縮壓可分別達到0.79與0.78之相關性。此外,此開發之MW-PPG感測裝置搭配所開發之軟體GUI,可顯示PPG訊號、心律與心律變異度、PTT、血壓、R值與血氧飽和濃度等各種生理感測數值。另一方面本文亦探討應用光譜感測晶片於VLC系統中實現分波長多工技術。在可見光通訊系統中應用分波長多工技術達成多使用者環境已經被提出。傳統上,利用光電二極體作為可見光通訊接收器,會造成在接收端無法消除干擾和雜訊。在本實驗室過往研究中已應用陣列濾波器技術開發之光譜感測晶片作為可見光通訊接

收端,利用最大訊號對干擾加雜訊比率合併演算法(Maximum SINR Combining, MSC)設計適當的權重值,達到輸出訊號對雜訊加干擾比率(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio, SINR)最佳化,消除干擾和雜訊,然而如果使用光譜感測晶片上所有的濾波器,將提高計算複雜度以及濾波器錯誤累積機率,因此本文提出兩種降低濾波器使用率的方法:1)利用線性方程組求稀疏解的概念,如共軛梯度法(Conjugate Gradient, CG),合成MSC求解後的頻譜響應曲線;2)利用二元化粒子群演算法(Binary Particle Swarm Optimiz

ation, BPSO)基於MSC求解尋找最佳的感測器組合。在模擬與實驗結果中顯示,我們提出之方法基於CG演算法可有效降低70%之濾波器使用率且同時提供良好之輸出SINR,而提出之方法若基於BPSO演算法則可提供近似最佳之輸出SINR同時有效降低濾波器使用率。另一方面值得一提的是,由於光譜感測晶片之低成本且微型設計,使得濾波器之光譜響應不甚理想,必須通過訊號處理的方式進行光譜重建,使此光譜感測晶片測量到的原始輸出資訊轉化成為正確光譜或色彩。因此在本文中我們探討光譜重建演算法,除了利用常見之最小平方問題求解演算法如:Tikhonov正規化非負最小平方(Tikhonov regularized n
