體驗場景對忠誠度影響-以走馬瀨農場為例

體驗場景結合了服務場景中的環境條件、空間佈局和標牌、設備實用性構面，涵蓋遊客在服務環境中所體會到的一切感覺、感受和經驗，廣泛應用於觀光休閒遊憩相關領域之研究中。然而，有關體驗場景與忠誠度的相關實證研究卻相當匱乏，為了填補此研究缺口，本研究乃試圖建構體驗場景對忠誠度影響的理論模式。採自編問卷進行問卷調查，問卷內容包括體驗場景、態度忠誠度、行為忠誠度、及人口基本資料等四大部份。於2021年1月至2月間，以到走馬瀨休閒農場之遊客為研究對象，採系統抽樣方法，總共收集到430份有效問卷(95%信賴水準下，抽樣誤差控制在4.7%)。將所收集的資料以IBM SPSS Statistics 24進行統計分析

與檢定，探討走馬瀨休閒農場遊客之人口統計變數的分布情形，利用LISREL 8.80進行驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式的實證研究，以最大概似估計法(Maximum Likelihood Estimation)對本研究模式中各組潛在變項間之關係進行估計。研究結果顯示，本研究的取樣資料與研究模式有良好的適配度，為一個可以接受的模式，研究模式有效的建構體驗場景對目的地忠誠度的影響模式。空間佈局和標誌、設備實用性、自然之三構面顯著的及正向的影響態度忠誠度；態度忠誠度顯著的及正向的影響行為忠誠度。最後，本研究提出「體驗場景-態度忠誠度-行為忠誠度」的理論模式及管理意涵，對休閒農場永續經營發展有潛在的貢獻。

應用於引擎廢熱回收系統的熱電發電裝置由熱電發電晶片、熱交換器、冷卻系統及夾持元件等零件所組成，本論文主要探討不同熱交換器設計對熱電發電裝置的發電率影響，並探討因引擎運轉狀態改變而產生不同的引擎廢氣狀態，對熱電發電裝置的發電率影響，以及探討熱電材料對熱電發電裝置的發電率影響。利用有限元素分析軟體COMSOL模擬分析引擎廢氣與熱交換器殼體之間的熱傳現象，並模擬求得熱電發電晶片因賽貝克效應(Seebeck effect)產生的電壓，然後結合熱電理論求得整體熱電發電裝置的輸出功率及總效率。本研究針對空腔型熱電發電裝置、板鰭型熱電發電裝置、針鰭型熱電發電裝置、偏置條鰭型熱電發電裝置及折流板型熱電發電裝

置進行模擬分析，由結果比較可知板鰭型熱電發電裝置的發電率最好；由於隨著引擎負荷的提高，引擎廢氣亦隨之提高流量及溫度，使熱電發電裝置可產生更高的發電率，結合熱交換器設計對發電的影響，發現板鰭型熱電發電裝置於引擎負荷最大時，產生最高的輸出功率為86.30W。此外，在設計應用於引擎廢熱回收系統的熱電發電裝置時，須考量到引擎廢氣流經熱交換器時產生的壓降，發現折流板型熱交換器會產生的壓降超出可接受的範圍3kPa，而其餘設計則為可接受範圍內，因此，可知板鰭型熱電發電裝置較適合應用於引擎廢熱回收系統。另一方面，藉由板鰭型熱電發電裝置探討不同的熱電材料應用，發現其性能的進步確實有效地提高整體的輸出功率。
