自從2019年新型冠狀病毒大流行以來,戴口罩對保護醫護人員來說變得越來越重要。本研究的宗旨在調查和比較配戴N95口罩和外科口罩在每日常規8小時輪班對醫護人員生理和心理健康的影響。總共68名高雄醫學大學附設醫院急診室的醫護人員被隨機分配到N95口罩或外科口罩組各34人。參與者的生理參數包含血氧濃度、氧氣分壓、二氧化碳分壓、收縮壓、舒張壓和心率透過非侵入性的Tensor Tip MTX設備在剛戴口罩時和戴上後第 2、4、6和 8小時進行測量。參與者戴口罩後所產生的症狀也透過填寫問卷調查統計來比較。根據研究結果兩組在大多數時間點的生理參數並沒有顯著差別,除了兩組的心率在戴口罩第8個小時、配戴口罩0
