新冠肺炎對導遊生涯之影響與因應

政府積極發展旅遊產業，從2010到2019年來臺外籍旅客人數每年皆為正成長，導遊工作機會穩定，然而2019年12月起新冠肺炎疫情肆虐全球，政府為了防堵疫情封鎖邊境造成來臺人數雪崩式下滑，導遊頓時失去工作，本研究目的在於探討新冠肺炎對於導遊生涯之影響以及導遊如何因應此影響。本研究為質性研究取向，以3位年齡為30到40歲，工作年資6到8年之導遊為研究對象，透過深度訪談法進行資料蒐集，並從中分析歸納其生涯影響層面。研究結果發現：1. 受訪者在疫情前雖感到導遊工作的不穩定，但仍喜愛導遊工作的自主性且對收入感到滿意；2. 疫情導致受訪者全然失業，導遊生涯中斷，生活受到劇烈衝擊發生改變；3. 隨著疫情時

間拉長，受訪者以個人興趣專長、收入、家庭等因素考量之下進行生涯轉換；4. 受訪者認為政府在疫情期間對導遊協助不足，紓困方案及轉型培訓課程皆無法滿足受訪者經濟與進修上的需求。研究者建議：1. 導遊應增進自我瞭解，建立支援系統，有助於生涯轉換之心理調適；2. 導遊應培養第二專長，具備終身學習能力，以因應大環境變遷所遭遇的困境；3. 政府應給予導遊長期且穩定之紓困補助，讓導遊在疫情期間能維持基本生活，以待疫情過後旅遊業復甦能重返工作崗位；4. 政府應根據導遊專長設計課程，提供後續就業輔導，協助導遊轉型度過疫情。
