隨著金融業務不斷開放,金融業面臨諸多挑戰,遂有金融控股公司應運而生。金融控股公司的成立乃為追求綜效,透過銀行、證券、保險等龐大通路進行金融商品銷售。透過共同行銷結合不同領域的金融商品,可提供消費者金融商品一站購足的便利,更可建立集團整體形象、增加獲利機會、提升集團競爭力。 個案金融控股公司已成立二十年,在共同行銷上著墨甚多,但集團近幾年整體獲利在十五家上市、櫃之金融控股公司的EPS排名卻逐步下滑,自推行共同行銷策略以來,亦未曾做過全面性的檢視,本研究藉由深度訪談探討現行共同行銷的策略,依據訪談內容提出問題,建議在核心金融商品訂定合理目標、建立明確的考核與獎金辦法、推出具競爭力的
