臺灣推動幼老共園之初探：以試辦幼老共園 一日體驗營之幼兒園為例

臺灣社會正面臨少子化與高齡化的衝擊，為了因應少子化所造成幼兒園的經營困難及如何滿足高齡化所產生的日間托老需求，本研究以「幼兒園轉型為幼老共園」的概念，於有閒置空間或有意願的幼兒園試辦「幼老共園一日體驗營」。研究場域為幼兒園，透過舉辦「園所業者公聽會」，並選出臺中、彰化及南投地區有高度意願試辦「一日體驗營」的幼兒園。在體驗營的活動實施後，針對幼兒園老師、園長、幼兒家長及長者親屬，進行問卷調查及訪談，瞭解幼老共園實踐性之初探。研究結果發現，在16家舉辦幼老共園一日體驗營的幼兒園中，受測的183位幼兒老師對於幼老共園的認同度極為正向且支持，李克特5點量為4.23達顯著水準；受測的104位幼兒家長對
