所以希望這一個影片可以讓你們闔家一起觀賞的時候覺得比較開心，同時驚嘆上帝創造海洋生物的奇妙。屏東海洋生物博物館是我們全家在台灣最喜歡去參觀的地方之一。 博物館的設計有很多可以走入的通道，讓你感受與海洋生物身歷其境。一些場景像成做海裡的船，或可以直直走路的透明通道，還有地極的企鵝和鯨魚，易勳到台灣水域的美麗世界，都不容錯過。
每一個水域的介紹都是非細心的設計，特別是白鯨區和企鵝區，無論年長年幼都會非常享受去那裡參觀。 這是兩個海生館影片的第一支影片，下個禮拜您將會看到第二個影片，希望你們可以好好的享受。謝謝大家的收看，也祝福大家都平安健康，一起勝過這一次的疫情。
I know a lot of people here in Taiwan are cooped up at home due to Covid craziness. So hopefully this video will provide some family-friendly entertainment, and a fascinating look at God's amazing creation. The National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium is one of our favorite family activities/places to visit in Taiwan. They‘ve done such an amazing job creating a magical place where you can "go under" the waters to see all kinds of sea creatures up close and personal. Everything from “sunken ships," to the glass "water tunnels," to the exotic fish and sea animals from the far reaches of our beautiful planet, to the creatures which find their habitat in the waters of Taiwan, it's an experience you don't want to miss. Every exhibit is well designed, and is sure to bring laughter (especially the beluga whale and penguins), ooh's and aah's, and amaze everyone from young to old. This is part 1 of 2. 以紫外線傷害之表現質體探討水溫上升對斑馬魚胚胎DNA切割修補作用之影響

由於核電站排放的加熱污水或海洋變暖，海水溫度可能會升高。在接收排放的海洋區域，發現溫度升高了 8 至 12 攝氏度，高於環境溫度。核苷酸切除修復 (NER) 通過去除螺旋扭曲的 DNA 損傷來保護遺傳材料的完整性。本研究旨在探討斑馬魚胚胎中 NER 對水溫升高的閾值敏感性。將受精後 10 小時 (hpf) 的早期胚胎和在 28.5 ˚C 飼養的 24 hpf 的中早期胚胎迅速轉移到預熱至 37、33 或 31 ˚C 的水中 30 分鐘，並通過帶移測定法測定 NER 活性和體外 DNA 修復試驗。紫外線誘導形成兩種類型的螺旋扭曲損傷，稱為環丁烷嘧啶二聚體 (CPD) 和 (6-4) 光產物 (

龍洞灣潛水活動與漁業利用協調之研究

沿岸海域利用日趨多元化，海洋遊憩活動發展正方興未艾，自然與長期在此捕魚的沿岸漁業產生衝突，基於國民均可利用海洋的原則，先來後到互相尊重下方可善用海洋。本研究針對東北角龍洞灣潛水活動與沿岸漁業之用海衝突及其因應解決之道進行剖析，並參考日本之作法，最後提出具體建議。結果盼能對雙方之持續發展有所貢獻。研究結果摘下如下:一、龍洞灣是天然港灣，擁有很好的海洋生態環境與地理特性，故水域遊憩活動眾多，亦是離北部最近的潛水熱點，假日人滿為患。二、水域遊憩管理辦法對於潛水活動之相關必備條件與要求，對於潛水者及載客之船長或駕駛人均有明文規定，重點在於強調保障潛水者之安全。三、龍洞灣附近漁業資源豐富，主要漁業有底
延繩釣，棒受網，流刺網與一支釣，其漁業在貢寮地區僅次於澳底漁港，對該地區的經濟發展有一定的貢獻。四、日本沿岸海域利用之沿革由早期的純為漁業利用，直到1980年代開始至近年來逐漸加入了娛樂漁業(遊漁)、海洋遊憩活動、離岸風電等，沿岸帶的綜合管理與利用者之間協調和諧利用亦成為刻不容緩的問題，此種發展過程與台灣類似。五、海洋遊憩活動與漁業及娛樂漁業之糾葛問題有(一)漁業:妨害漁業、妨害航行、破壞漁具漁網。(二)海洋遊憩活動:妨害練習、妨害競賽、限制活動區域、接觸漁具漁網。(三)娛樂漁業:妨害釣具、破壞釣具、妨害航行、魚類逃脫。六、日本有關潛水活動與漁業之協調重點為:1.潛水協會與漁會簽訂協定約束雙方
之權利義務、2.指定潛水區域、3.限制潛水時間與期間、4.設置告示牌與重視環保等。七、潛水活動與沿岸漁業的衝突主要分為空間與資源上之衝突，其中空間利用的衝突為活動範圍與規避航道之衝突；資源利用的衝突為棲地環境之破壞與海洋生物資源之競合。八、潛水活動與沿岸漁業衝突之因應對策: (一)成立雙方協商機制與管理機制、(二)漁港朝多元利用、(三)加強安全與環保宣導並落實違規取締、(四)航道範圍加浮球標誌。關鍵字：海洋遊憩活動、龍洞灣、水域遊憩管理、潛水活動、娛樂漁業、沿岸漁業
