潛進海洋與心靈對話─李則陵創作論述

本創作論述「潛進海洋與心靈對話」為筆者2019-2022年期間研究所時期的創作實踐與歷程。試圖探討過去被情緒所困而壓抑的內在心理來源，以及如何透過創作釋放情感，並於作品中展現。在探究的過程中，意識到過去為了符合大眾所認知的社會主流價值、被父母認同的枷鎖，以及職場上無法找到自身定位等因素，長久下來儼然成了無形的壓力。在身體與心靈超負荷的狀態下，筆者即透過自由潛水運動與海洋生物一同徜徉在大海裡，因而獲得喘息的時光。進入研究所重拾版印創作後，體現到沈浸在創作中能宣洩自身的負面情緒，使周旋在體制邊緣的身心逐漸獲得被束縛的自由。因此，以創作形式轉化過程為主要探討方向，並省思個人內在情感、思想及未來發展
的期許。本論述內容架構分為五部分：緒論中包含研究動機與目的。首先，透過學理基礎分析筆者長期潛藏在內心的焦慮與內在情緒從何而來，釐清個人思緒，分析藝術家如何透過作品抒發情感及作品之呈現；其次，探究版印形式及媒材運用，探索在創作實踐中與心靈的自我對話；進而，再分析各系列作品及其創作過程。最後為本文結論，歸納出創作與心境上之轉變，期許自己未來創作能突破自我內在設限，探索各種新的可能。

差分干涉對比顯微鏡在夜光蟲的觀察

「馬祖藍眼淚」已成為觀光商機的景點，也被美國CNN列為世界奇景之一，在2017年由國立臺灣海洋大學證實為「夜光蟲」是主要發光生物之一，透過海浪的拍打刺激下，形成漂亮壯觀的藍眼淚的奇景。本實驗透過海大所提供夜光蟲的樣本，利用剪切干涉儀，設計一套差分干涉對比顯微鏡，此架構使用偏振相機作為光感測器，主要量測夜光蟲流經過的動態影像，透過Savart稜鏡共光路的剪切特性，再由偏振相機引出四張光強影像，最後再用程式計算四步相移以及解相位，產生出解相位圖，主要特色於對環境影響有優異的抗干擾性，且在光源進行各種的量測時，架構簡單、操作容易及高穩定度，比起普通干涉儀，成本費用相當低。本論文詳細介紹此顯微鏡的實
驗架構、量測原理、實驗結果，並且在實驗上，我們會先以其他三個樣本作為靜態量測，結果驗證此架構的可行性。
