隨著共享經濟的出現，越來越多線上餐飲平台崛起，導致現今餐飲行業的消費環境已明顯有別於過去，許多消費者均使用過線上餐飲平台點餐，尤其是在2021年5月台灣疫情爆發時使用人數更是明顯，大多消費者都從實體店面轉換至線上餐飲平台點餐，目前疫情較趨緩後，消費者也逐漸從線上餐飲平台轉回至實體店面消費，因此可以看得出大多數消費者均使用過線上餐飲平台及實體店面點餐及用餐。而過去許多研究曾經探討過線上餐飲外送平台之好處及消費者使用因素，不過卻都沒有消費者在不同虛實通路間的滿意度及再購意願調查，因此本研究主要將探討消費者在轉換虛實通路間的實際知覺表現與滿意度及滿意度對未來再購意願之影響。 本研究採用2×2×2

之實驗設計，總共回收有效問卷為300份。並使用SPSS 統計軟體進行相關變數分析，分析結果發現:(1)無論是實體通路轉為虛擬通路或虛擬通路轉為實體通路，消費者第一次的消費為滿意且第二次之實際體驗為高表現時，第二次的滿意度為最高；其次為消費者第一次的消費為不滿意，而第二次之實際體驗為高表現；第三高為消費者第一次的消費為滿意但第二次之實際體驗為低表現；最低為消費者第一次的消費為不滿意且第二次之實際體驗為低表現。 (2)第二次顧客滿意度對未來再購意願有顯著正向影響。 (3)無論是實體通路轉為虛擬通路或虛擬通路轉為實體通路，消費者未來對兩種通路的再購意願具顯著差異，其中又以實體通路為未來消費者再購意願

本研究旨在探討成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車的情形、成人視覺障礙者在背景變項搭乘計程車的差異，以及對於搭乘計程車面臨的問題。以自編「成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車狀況之調查問卷者」為研究工具，以問卷調查法進行資料之蒐集與分析，收到208位成年人視障者之問卷回收量，所得資料再以描述性統計、次數百分比、卡方考驗等分析方法進行統計。根據本研究之發現可歸結出以下結果：一、成人視覺障礙者背景變項搭乘計程車的現況(一)成人視障者在獨自使用過的交通工具經驗中，計程車在單獨搭乘上佔90.4%。(二)成人視障者使用計程車作為主要為外出之交通工具之一。(三)家人很支持成人視障者搭乘計程車外出。(四)成人視障者搭乘計程車外出

的頻率每月1-2次佔50%以上。(五)計程車多元，成人視障者搭乘計程車故大多皆以小黃計程車為主。(六)目前計程車補助方式在北、中、南部分縣市皆有悠遊卡/愛心卡之補助方案，但有些縣市沒有補助。二、成人視覺障礙者背景變項搭乘計程車的差異(一) 不同性別之成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之使用情形1.家人對男性成人視障者搭乘計程車的支持度比女性成人視障者搭乘計程車之支持度高。2.男性成人視障者在搭乘計程車之頻率較女性成人視障者高。3.女性成人視障者在搭乘計程車時考量司機的性別較男性成人視障者高。(二)不同年齡之成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之使用情形1.家人對20-60歲視障者獨自搭乘計程車都一致支持。2.平均每

月計程車花費花費500元以內的，31-40歲最多人，其次20-30歲，其中花費500-1000元的，較多的是41-50歲和51-60歲。3.不同年齡成人視覺障礙者多數搭乘計程車的都曾遭遇的安全問題以「下車地點錯誤」最高。(三)不同居住區域之成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之使用情形1.北部地區、中部地區、南部地區與東部地區成人視障者搭乘計程車叫車方式不同。打 電話叫車在北部地區與南部地區較多人使用；招呼站等車為北部地區與東部地區較多人，中部使用軟體預約比例較高。2.北部地區在平均每月計程車花費較中部地區、南部地區與東部地區多。(四)不同障礙程度之成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之使用情形1. 視覺障礙程度為盲

之成人視覺障礙者，搭乘計程車向特定業者叫車較低視力之成人視覺障礙者多。2.不同障礙程度成人視覺障礙者對於選擇計程車之考量因素在「招手有停就搭」、「有品牌車隊」、「選擇較新的車輛」、「選擇司機的性別」、「車隊有無優惠活動」有顯著差異；「選擇車子的款式」則皆不是其考量因素。3.搭乘計程車時遇到「下車地點錯誤」，視覺障礙程度為盲之成人視覺障礙者遭遇的安全問題較低視力之成人視覺障礙者多。(五) 不同視障發生年齡之成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之使用情形，在五歲以前之家人支持度較高。三、成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之困境(一)成人視障者在搭乘計程車上感到最困難原因為費用太高，車資為一大負擔。(二)部分車隊在叫車時

有寵物友善服務，但成人視障者帶導盲犬搭乘計程車還是被拒絕。(三)安全問題包含擔心被騙、繞路或是沒跳表與報讀車資的服務時被隨意喊價。(四)下車地點錯誤。(五) 遇到狀況無法得知司機車牌與姓名，事後無法向相關單位反映。四、成人視覺障礙者搭乘計程車之考量因素為搭車優先考量為有品牌的車隊、偏好熟識的計程車司機、車隊有無優惠活動或可否使用補助方案、方便性與機動性、信任感。五、成人視覺障礙者搭乘大眾計程車之建議事項。本研究經電話訪談統整成人視覺障礙者提出之待改善建議如下：(一)增加寵物友善服務視障者之計程車,不可以拒絕導盲犬使用者，讓導盲犬使用者也有搭車權利，可再提升導盲犬的友善程度(二)計程車的價格應給

予優惠，或各縣市皆要有補助方案。(三)應提供多元叫車方式，讓視覺障礙者更友善方便。(四)提供語音播報車資。(五)應提供方便付費方式。(六)提升計程車司機的服務品質與態度。(七)提供專門服務視障者之計程車或類似復康巴士收費方式之計程車。
