　　本研究在探討高雄市高中田徑教練領導行為與高中田徑選手訓練滿意度之現況，比較不同教練領導行為對於不同背景變項選手之訓練滿意度差異情形及相關性。本研究以「高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之研究問卷」為工具，將所得181份問卷，有效回收率100%，以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關進行統計分析、獲得以下研究結果：一、高雄市高中田徑選手在教練領導行為以「訓練指導行為」感受 程度最高，其次分別為「期望行為」、「獎勵與關懷行為」、「民主行為」，感受程度最低為「專制行為」。二、高雄市高中田徑選手在訓練滿意度中以「教練領導」感受程度最高，其次分別為「團隊氣氛」、「訓練滿意度」、「場

地設施」、感受程度最低為「成就表現」。三、在不同背景變項中「不同參與訓練年資」之高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為，達顯著差異。四、在不同背景變項中之訓練滿意度，皆未達顯著差異。五、高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度相關情形，在「專制行為」呈現負相關，其餘構面呈顯著正相關。本研究獲得結論：隨著時代教育改革之推動，教練領導應多採用訓練與指導行為、期望行為、獎勵與關懷行為，以達成有效運動團隊之管理，針對未來研究可擴及不同變項，進行多方探究，增加研究結果的完整性。

全球科技技術快速攀升，手機行動網路等通訊軟體已與我們日常生活密不可分，而在旅遊方面也改變了以往傳統的型態，資訊貫穿了旅遊活動的主要核心，且對於遊客的互動體驗與旅遊服務品質也更加重視，故智慧旅遊(Smart Tourism)所帶來資訊的方便性與個人化便成為現今的旅遊發展趨勢。除此之外，鄉村旅遊(Rural Tourism)發展面臨各式問題，如遊客對於鄉村旅遊認知缺乏、鄉村旅遊產品單一化、基礎設施設置不完善等各種問題有待解決與改善，然而智慧旅遊的推動是否可以改善鄉村旅遊之困境卻鮮少探討，故本研究以智慧旅遊目的地為聚焦，在供給端透過專家問卷並以模糊德爾菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method,

FDM)建構鄉村智慧旅遊目的地指標，進而以需求端民眾問卷瞭解認知及滿意程度，並利用重要性-表現分析法(Importance-performance Analysis, IPA)探討目前在鄉村旅遊目的地的改善策略，研究發現智慧旅遊的景點吸引力、輔助性服務及便利設施在鄉村地區需進行改善，並提出具體且有效之建議供相關單位參考。
