社群媒體近年來在全球迅速崛起，鏈結著我們的日常，而其中最具代表性的Facebook在全球的社群媒體中受到使用者的歡迎，其社交模式、個人之間互動的特色更成為新興的生活型態趨勢，改變了使用者的行為模式。更讓社群網路的行為受到關注，創造出迥異於傳統大眾媒體的傳播形態。在社群媒體時代之下，使用者可以主動的去尋求自我的模式，而是不再處於被動的狀態，同時，使用者已經進入一個相互連結、自我的社群媒體環境，實質地改變使用者對社群媒體的行為和觀點，但也衍生了許多的行為發展變化。本研究的主要目的是探討影響使用社群媒體動機的因素，以實體社會關係之研究構面來探討影響社群使用者迴避動機的因素，並利用結構方程模式來驗證

研究假設。並評估測試科技威脅迴避理論（TTAT）對臺灣用戶使用最熱門的社群媒體Facebook（FB）迴避動機方面的適用性和有效性；其次是測試預期後悔和隱私考量對個人在使用FB時，提供個人資訊的迴避動機的影響。目前的研究從技術層面和使用者行為的差異中，傳達了對用戶採用和使用社交媒體應用的迴避動機的看法，這些差異在目前的文獻探討中是被忽略的。研究調查方法收集了台灣線上使用者的數據資料。發放1220份問卷中，共有1200份有效問卷用於資料分析。研究方法使用了結構方程式(SEM)和最小平方法(PLS)分析研究數據結果。研究結果顯示TTAT研究模型中，除了自我效能的因素不顯著外，其他所有的因素如應對評

估、威脅評估，和外加的兩個因素預期後悔和隱私考量，均顯著的影響台灣使用者的迴避動機。根據研究結果，「易感性」、「嚴重性」、「感知成本」、「有效性都」對迴避動機產生顯著的影響。僅有「自我效能」在迴避動機方面並不顯著。再者，本研究加入的二個因素: 「預期後悔」和「隱私考量」都對迴避動機有顯著的影響。每一個因素的構面值 AVE範圍從 0.72 到 0.83，因此滿足收斂效度的每個條件。除了「敏感性」（0.660）和「感知成本」（0.568）之外，六個維度的構面的克隆巴赫係數均超過0.7。組成信度（有時稱為構念信度）是衡量量表項目內部一致性的指標，本研究組成信度的範圍值從0.803到0.921。在測量
