Ingredients: serves 2

100g Okinawa black sugar
100g water

40g kudzu powder
120g water

Instructions:

1. in a sauce pan, put black sugar and water then simmer for 10 - 15 minutes on low heat. set aside.
2. add water to kudzu powder little by little and let them dissolve.
3. pour the mixture into a pan, float it on the surface of boiling water.
4. sink the pan into boiling water after the mixture become kind of solid.
5. in a minute or so, the mixture should turn transparent. then transfer it into cold water.
6. slice the kudzu sheet and serve with the black sugar sauce.
7. Enjoy!

葛粉 40g
水 120g

「作り方」
1、小鍋に黒糖と水を入れ、10~15分ほど弱火で煮詰める。
2、葛粉に水を少しづつ加えて溶かす。型に流し入れる。
3、鍋に移し、水を加え沸騰させた鍋に型ごと浮かせる。
4、葛の液体が固まり、動かなくなってきたら熱湯に沈める。
5、すぐに半透明になり火が通るので、水をはったボウルなどに移す。
6、葛を切り、黒蜜と一緒に盛り付ける。
7、エンジョイ♡

CAN(Controller Area Network)已廣泛被應用於汽車及工業控制,藉由先進的串列通訊協定,簡化傳統點對點通訊的配線複雜度,更有效率的支援分散式控制系統的通訊需求。本論文提出一種嵌入式直流伺服馬達控制器,其中利用了廣泛被應用於汽車及工業控制的CAN BUS介面,用於傳送控制命令給子控制板使馬達進行相對應的操作。本論文架構包含了直流伺服馬達驅動板設計、CAN匯流排母控制板設計及人機介面程式設計。伺服控制內建有PID和可變結構控制器(VSC),於接收到主控制命令後,以實現精確的閉迴路控制,並與傳統PID控制器進行分析與比較。其響應分析包括了位置響應曲線、位置誤差響應曲線、控制信

號響應曲線及相位平面圖。通訊設計部分,可接收來自人機介面的各種命令,依命令的種類進行相對應之控制,亦可透過母控制板傳送控制命令進行相對應之控制。人機介面則以MIT APP Inventor來撰寫控制器的操作介面,讓使用者對系統下達命令,系統亦可透過此介面回傳執行結果並回報給使用者。本論文設計之伺服控制驅動器完成後應用於直流伺服馬達系統,測試其定位控制的控制性能。透過對傳統PID控制器與可變結構控制器進行比較,實驗結果證明了可變結構控制器之控制效能及穩定性。本文最後將所提出之架構應用於直流機械手臂系統,驗證其有更好的精度及響應速度。所開發之伺服控制驅動器具有低成本、體積小、簡化配線、操作方便以及

本研究探討利用語音辨識系統中分段式回饋的改善台灣國小五年級學生發 音表現之效益。本研究研究對象練習的課程分為三種,包括目標課程、支持課 程及額外課程。學生有確實練習並進行前後測的是目標課程。學生有練習但是 沒有前後測的是補充課程,而學生沒練習但是有前後測的是非目標課程。本研究旨除了觀察學生於目標課程的表現是否有進步,也觀察學生於非目標課程的表現,是否能因為於語音辨識系統的練習過程而獲得同步的提升。本研究以台北市某一國小共七十二位國小五年級學童為研究對象。兩個班中的二十五位學童(子音組)練習子音的目標課程及補充課程。兩個班中的二十九位學童練習母音(母音組)的目標課程及補充課程。一個班中的十八位

學童練習子音及母音組(子母音組)的目標及補充課程。練習活動共計進行五週,每週一次,每次四十分鐘。所有的組別都接受子音及母音於目標課程及非目標課程的前後測。此外,研究對象也於實驗結束後填寫問卷,表達對於語音辨識系統輔助發音學 習的看法。本研究結果如下:1. 於語音辨識系統的發音練習能顯著提升台灣國小五年級學生於練習過的子音 及母音課程中的發音能力(目標課程)。2. 即使沒有直接練習過,於語音辨識系統的發音練習亦能顯著的輔助提升台灣 國小五年級學生於子音及母音課程中的發音能力(非目標課程)。3. 於語音辨識系統發音練習對於子音組、母音組及子母音組的進步效益沒有顯著差異。4. 於語音辨識系統的發音練

習能對於學生於發音練習的態度有正向影響。根據上述研究結果,本研究建議於台灣國小英語教室可以使用語音辨識系統輔助教學,以促進學童英語發音之學習成效。
