ypertension in an NIH sponsored Specialized Centers of Clinically Oriented Research grant headed by Dr Kurt Stenmark. Further work on ventricular vascular coupling has continued with NIH funding. Dr Ivy was the inaugural Chairman of the first Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension taskforce at the World S

ymposium of Pulmonary Hypertension in Nice, France in 2013. Dr. Ivy is a member of multiple societies, and has published over 250 peer reviewed manuscripts.Dr. James Jaggers was born and raised in Western Nebraska. He completed medical school at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha Neb

當前中共正積極為海上民兵展開裝備的更新,並調整任務屬性與訓練方式,使其更能勝任解放軍海軍助手的角色,隨著中共在黃海及南海上運用海上民兵與其他周邊國家的海事衝突的案例中,均可見中共海上民兵船的足跡,可見其在中共對於海洋事務處理上扮演著積極且重要之角色。灰色地帶概念近年來受到國內外的廣泛關注,許多學者將中共在東海及南海的各項行動,視為中共運用灰色地帶的典型案例,且認為對於區域安全構成主要威脅,藉由灰色地帶的模糊性及不對稱性等特徵為手段,在不引起雙方大規模軍事衝突的前提下,採用漸進式的來改變地區現狀,並威脅既有的區域安全秩序。利用當前既有的軍事理論和相關法律條文無法應對條件下,威脅美國所主導的南海

區域秩序,而美國除重新調整其國家安全戰略的重點之外,也在既有的安全架構底下,重新定義中共海上民兵對區域安全所形成之影響,並積極拉攏盟國共同應對中共所帶來的挑戰。研究發現中共為更有效的管理海上民兵部隊,現正加速其智能化發展及運用,確保能應對未來之戰爭挑戰。其次,中共海上民兵未來之訓練模式也隨著海上維權與後勤支援等任務屬性之不同,適時地融入軍隊與海警部隊實施聯合訓練,朝向實戰化方向前進。最後,中共將會針對海上民兵在執行軍事任務時,所需完善的相關法律條文持續增加與修訂,已完善其執行任務時之法律保障。

技術型高中智能障礙者注意力表現較一般同齡者不佳,導致工作表現易受影響,多數研究指出注意力將影響個體工作表現與生活品質。故期望藉由趣味且結構化的體感遊戲,提升技術型高中智能障礙學生注意力表現。本研究目的為探究體感遊戲課程,對於高中智能障礙學生持續注意力之成效。研究篩選對象為技術型高中智能障礙者,能獨自走、跳且能理解指令說明之學生參與者共 14 名,實驗介入前依據參與者與監護人意願以並考量課程分組狀況採準實驗設計,非隨機方式分配為 7 名實驗組與 7 名對照組。實驗組接受 4 週體感遊戲課程,每週 4 次,每次 45 分鐘;對照組則持續原班課程;2 組在實驗前、後以及介入期第 3 週中測均進行

TAP-持續性注意力測驗以及田字注意力測驗。結果顯示,實驗組與對照組在兩種注意力測驗表現未達顯著差異;實驗組的前、後測表現,TAP-持續性注意力測驗未達顯著差異;田字注意力測驗達顯著差異,體感遊戲介入週數,圖形辨識介入 2 週後學習表現即有顯著進步,該遊戲平均完成時間與 TAP-持續性注意力測驗反應時間、正確作答數以及遺漏作答數等向度具顯著相關,對於持續性注意力表現達中度相關之解釋力。本研究顯示體感遊戲介入對於整體注意力具顯著成效,持續性注意力則否。此外也發現 TAP-持續性注意力測驗 10 至 15 分鐘,實驗組正確作答數與遺漏作答數於表現較對照組佳,顯示體感遊戲介入對持續性注意力具有一定的

維持效果。建議未來探究相關議題,可以增加研究樣本數量與介入週數;研究工具方面,介入設備與測驗也須評估研究對象的適應性以降低研究誤差。
