社群媒體對中高齡者社會參與及社會支持之影響

背景: 近年來，醫療的進步使得全球人民平均壽命不斷的延長，高齡是未來人口結構變化之趨勢，政府開始重視高齡者科技接受的議題，也舉辦樂齡學習課程。因此經由鼓勵高齡者使用社群媒體，除了讓高齡者體驗網路所帶來的便利性外，同時也能進一步促進高齡者社會參與，藉此提升其與社會的連結，幫助身心的健康。目的: 本研究探討一、中高齡社群媒體使用對於社會參與和社會支持的影響，二、在社群媒體使用行為下社會參與和社會支持的相互影響關係，三、社會參與對社群媒體使用行為及社會支持之中介效果，四、社會支持對社群媒體使用行為及社會參與之中介效果。方法: 本研究以台南某區域綜合教學醫院的社區服務部門提供健康促進課程之民眾做為研
究範圍，使用立意抽樣選擇社區。問卷填答對象主要為參與健康促進活動的民眾，施測方式為參與健康促進且完成社群媒體教學課程的民眾，發放問卷給有參與課程的民眾，針對問卷內容有困惑或較年長的長者，會由工作人員進行訪談並代為填答。問卷填答完成，由現場工作人員回收問卷，施測日期為2021年11月22日至 2021年12月3日，共發放109份問卷，回收109份，有效回收率達100%結果:中高齡者使用社群媒體時會透過社會心理生活支持影響社會參與。透過他人的陪伴、協助、尊重等支持能使中高齡者獲得生活協助及提供健康相關信息。中高齡者的社會參與，主要社會服務團體活動、宗教團體活動、康樂性活動、社區舉辦的課程與活動。在
社會支持構面上，在中高齡者自覺重要性、被關心心情與感受、家人和朋友的尊重與傾聽、陪伴，有困難時被幫助、遇到挫折時被鼓勵及安慰等支持，會影響社會參與的意願。另外，社會參與對社群媒體使用行為與社會支持有部分中介效果。建議: 對於政府與醫療機構，宣導政策與健康觀念時可以透過社群媒體作為宣傳行銷的工具；對於極少使用社群媒體的中高齡者，可以透過鄰居或他人分享活動訊息，促進參與活動意願獲得社會支持。社區部分，將訊息發布在社群媒體平台上，中高齡者可透過使用社群媒體得知活動訊息，增加參與的意願，也可透過使用社群媒體獲得社會支持。政府部份，透過宣導行銷長青學苑及樂齡學習中心課程的多樣化，鼓勵中高齡者參與課程，並

中小學空氣污染防治概念課程發展及教學成效之研究

國內中南部地區秋冬春三個季節空氣污染嚴重，但國內國中、小空氣污染教學課程貧乏，因此亟需發展此方面之課程，以強化學校師生在這方面的教學需求。本研究發展中小學教師空氣污染課程教學需求問卷，以了解各空氣污染概念主題適合各年段學生的需求。本研究共篩選出10個適合中小學教學的空氣污染防治課程，並以此課程架構為基礎，發展成問卷，對國小中高年級、國中的自然科與社會科教師進行問卷調查，分成網路與紙本同步發放，紙本問卷發出30份，網路問卷有262人，網路加紙本總共回收85份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率為32.4 %，問卷之Cronbach α為0.789，並據以發展整併成適合國小中年級至國中高年級空氣污染防治課程
。根據問卷調查結果，設計了五項空氣污染課程活動進行實驗教學，分別為國小中年級「AQI與空品旗介紹」，國小高年級「認識空氣污染」，國中一年級「空氣污染的來源、成分與如何防治」，國中二年級「大氣擴散與空氣污染」，國中三年級「全球暖化與巴黎協定」。再進行實驗課程設計分別邀請中部地區中小學十個班級參與實驗課程教學研究，並透過準實驗設計，透過前後測問卷調查、協同教學者觀察及訪談，來確認實驗教學的成果以及學生學習的成效。各年段問卷經由分析，顯示學生在知識、態度、行為三面向皆有顯著提升，各年段空氣污染防治課程的知識題都達到非常顯著提升，顯示學生都有學習到相對應的空氣污染概念知識。再者，各年段的態度題皆達到顯
著提升，並可以看出國中三個年段比國小兩個年段有更明顯的改變，推測國中階段學生已具有自主學習能力，所以經由課堂後態度轉為較為積極。各年段行為題也皆達到顯著提升，學生都願意進行一些日常生活空氣污染防治行為的實踐。從課程中空氣污染議題討論的結果分析中，可看出各年段的學生都能說出在空氣污染中保護自己，以及減緩空氣污染的方法，代表學生具有足夠的問題解決能力。課程結束後。學生可以檢視自己提出的空氣污染防治辦法，並且開始在日常生活中落實這些行動，是行動力的表現。在訪談過程中，各年段之協同教學者皆提到空氣污染課程內容適合，學生能順利學習並理解，建議教學者於國小中年級課程教學中需對學生多加引導、國小高年及課程需
配合學校與家庭教育來推動、國中一年級課程可展示人體健康受空氣污染影響之照片、國中二年級課程可搭配形成性評量了解學生學習大氣擴散的情形、國中三年級課程可搭配教科書比較巴黎協定與京都議定書之比較。也建議教科書加快國際公約修正課程內容。總結來說，本研究所發展的五項空氣污染課程皆適合在各年段進行教學，可讓學生學習空氣污染防治的知識，思考自身對空氣污染的態度，促使提出能在日常生活中實踐空氣污染的防治行為。關鍵詞：空氣污染概念、國小、國中、環境教育、課程發展及教學
